Mr. Michael Coleman is President/CEO of MAC Inspection &Welding Agency (MIWA) since it was formed in June of 2012. Michael Coleman is a retired Naval Senior Chief Petty Officer with 20 years of experience in Naval Engineering, 13 years of New Construction, Repairs and Alterations to Boilers and Pressure Vessels. He also adds 4 years of experience as a Service Engineer for Boilers, Boiler Controls, Pressure Vessels and Chiller Plant Equipment.
Mrs. Deborah Coleman is MIWA's Contract Specialist and Executive Administrator since it was formed in June of 2012. Mrs. Coleman has a background in Human Resources Management and has earned Lean Six Sigma Certification, Project Management Certification and completion of Mastering Quickbooks Training. Mrs.Coleman is responsible for all contractual agreements between State Jurisdictions and Federal Agencies. These contracts include but are not limited to the United States Navy, Veterans Administrations, Department of Labor and Licensing, United States Army, Biomedical Facilities, Colleges and Universities. Her administrative duties involve overseeing all administrative responsibilities of the day to day business operations of inspections and financial reporting.
