Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspections

Inspections can be done in MD, VA and all Federal Facilities. Inspections can be performed in accordance with the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC), which references the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) or Naval Facilities Engineering Command & Naval Facilities (NAVFAC), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency and the VHA (VA) Boiler Plant Safety Device Testing Manual.

Safety is MIWA #1 concern and goal. Operation of high or low pressure boilers and pressure vessels are very dangerous. With a depleted labor force and seasoned operators, technicians, mechanics and contractors MIWA Inspectors fill the gap with critical inspections and personnel training. Additionally, methodical inspection reports support each activity to receive necessary funding for the repairs of these objects. MIWA becomes an valuable advocate for personnel training and development, which in turns provides a safe operating environment.
